GhaseelCom Jo may collect the following information from users of our application: first name, last name, street address, area and city, phone and contact numbers, email address, GPS location, gender, and age group.
If the customer chooses to pay by credit or debit cards, the card and account information is obtained. GhaseelCom Jo uses the customer information to create users accounts, to communicate with users about their laundry services, to offer users additional services, promotions, special offers, and to charge for purchases made through the application.
GhaseelCom Jo uses analytics software to track and analyze traffic on the application in connection with GhaseelCom Jo advertisement and promotions. GhaseelCom Jo uses the statistics for internal use and may share the statistics without the users detailed information.
If the customer wishes to unregister and have personal information deleted from our system, then a request should be made by email to info@ghaseelcom.com or a call to our customer support center at +962-79500850 to initiate the process. A confirmation email or an SMS message will be sent to the customer when the deletion is completed.
